Calgary CPA firm since 2010

About HBT Accounting

We are a working accounting office in Southeast Calgary, not a virtual brand. Owners call when the books are behind, a CRA letter arrives, payroll needs a cleaner process, or a tax decision cannot wait.

How the firm works

A Calgary office that explains the next step

Husain Haroun, CPA, FCCA, founded the firm in 2010. The work is still built around a conversation: what is urgent, what records you already have, and what has to happen before a filing or payment date.

The office is at Unit 220, 1830 52 Street SE, Calgary, AB T2B 1N1. Nearby owners in Forest Lawn, Dover, Erin Woods, Ogden, Inglewood, and Douglasdale can visit. Eligible businesses elsewhere in Canada can ask about a secure remote engagement. We do not advertise offices we do not have.

Fees

How we price the work

The first conversation is free. We explain the fee, the records required, and the timing before any paid work starts. We do not publish a generic fee menu because a T1, a T2, a monthly bookkeeping file, and a CRA notice are not the same product. You will know the price before you decide.

Before you call

What happens on the first call

The first conversation is free and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. A team member in Calgary answers, asks what is urgent, and explains the useful next step. There is no obligation to start an engagement.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the pressure point

A CRA letter, a filing deadline, messy books, payroll, or a decision you need to understand.

  2. Step 2

We ask a few practical questions

Entity type, province, records, software, and the date that matters. You do not need a perfect file first.

  3. Step 3

You leave with a next step

We explain the work, the information required, timing, and price before anything begins.
