Plenty of firms support one platform and ask every client to move to it. That is convenient for the firm and expensive for the business, because a migration done for the accountant's benefit still costs you history, time and risk. HBT works across the six platforms Canadian small businesses actually use: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, Wave, FreshBooks and Zoho Books, along with QuickBooks Desktop files that have not been moved across yet.
What matters is not which logo is on the login screen but whether the file is set up correctly underneath. A chart of accounts that matches how you report, GST codes that produce a return you can file without adjusting it by hand, bank feeds that reconcile, and opening balances that agree to the last filed year end. Where a move between platforms genuinely is the right answer we will say so, quote it, and carry the history across properly.

How we price the work
The first conversation is free. Starting fees are published on the fees page. Those amounts are starting prices and subject to 5% GST. Final fees depend on complexity, volume, record quality and scope. Fixed fees are provided where the engagement scope can be determined in advance. You will know the price before paid work starts.
